At My Shop & Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund conditions.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Promotional or sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@boutiqueco.fr, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@boutiqueco.fr. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
