Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Ma boutique & co (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website maboutico.fr.

2. Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Ma boutique & co reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). Ma boutique & co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. Ma boutique & co reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock problems or fraudulent payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods available at the time of the order.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery time is estimated at 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination. Ma boutique & co cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-4 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the Civil Code).

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French law is applicable.
