How to take your measurements correctly

Before consulting a size guide, take your measurements with a flexible tape measure:

  • Chest circumference: measure at the widest point, under the armpits
  • Waist circumference: measure at the narrowest point, usually above the navel
  • Hip circumference: measure at the widest point
  • Inseam: measure from the groin to the floor
